We choose specialty-grade coffee because it offers exceptional quality, distinctive flavor profiles, and greater traceability from farm. We carefully select coffees from different origins to showcase the unique characteristics of each growing region. Our goal is to give customers an authentic specialty coffee experience while honoring the farmers and communities behind every coffee we serve.

We work with direct-trade partnerships and ethically sourced coffees to build stronger, more transparent relationships throughout the coffee supply chain. We seek to support responsible farming practices and ensure that producers are recognized for the quality and work behind their coffee. When available, we also support Fair Trade coffees that promote fairer trading practices and better opportunities for coffee-growing communities.
FRESHLY ROASTED PER WEEK
We roast our coffee each week to provide customers with coffee that is fresh and full of flavor. Small-batch, weekly roasting allows us to carefully control each roast and maintain consistency from batch to batch. Rather than keeping large quantities of roasted coffee in storage, we roast according to demand so customers receive coffee closer to its roast date.
